Hello everyone,
It's been quite a while since I posted last, and I wanted to add an update for how things have been going. My health focus has shifted from the start just doing low carb and losing weight to ongoing maintenance and overall health. I have learned so much about what's in our food, where it comes from, and about my own body in the process - what it can digest, what it can't, and what makes me gain weight. I hope to share this knowledge with the rest of the world, so stay tuned!
