Find foods at any given time safe for the Atkins diet.. find alternatives.. and most of all, find the strength to refuse! This is not about instant self-gratification, but of a long-term process not to be interrupted by idle cravings!

Another Reflection

Here I sit at 63 Pounds lost mark, and I ponder....

I am thinking about wher I have been, ad where I am going. I have consulted some before and Now pictures and find it absolutely amazing how much of a change I have undergone. I have not only changed physically, but my mindset is different now, too. Rarely am I self-conscious - not that I was exactly before, but now I feel much more liberated about myself and not as reclusive as I felt three months ago. Three months... not even that! Such a short amount of time to undergo an amazing transition. It is absolutely indescribable! People - heed my call! The Atkins diet works absolute wonders - and I do hope that I will reach my goal with pride, dignity, and shall have the ability to maintain my weight at that safe level.
