To give an update -

I am still following my weight loss plan, and plan to start exercising more. I want everyone who is thinking about seriously looking for a life change and starting a committed dietary plan (whatever that plan may be) the best of luck in their endeavors.

Always remember the reasons you are losing weight - it is those reasons that drive my motivation, and I know they are the fuel by which dreams are attained.
