New Year, New Me

I've been following my low carb program for about four years, four months now, and I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge of food, eating habits, nutrition, exercise, and overall health.

That's why I've decided to start writing more about nutrition and health so hopefully I can inspire others to want to improve their health and knowledge of how to live a healthy lifestyle.

This year, in addition to writing more, I've set out some personal goals. They are:
  • Exercise more - Find new and different things to try and get others involved in exercise.
  • Maintain my weight loss, as I have been doing.
  • Read more and, as a result, become more educated about nutrition, exercise, and health so I can share that information.
Beyond these health goals, I've set some others that I want to accomplish.

Let's hope this is my best year ever!
