Things are still going great! Long story short, I started this low carb diet 1 year ago and have successfully lost and kept off 80 pounds of weight. My birthday is tomorrow, and I will be going off to college soon. I will always remain faithful to the low-carb doctrine that I am following, and I STRONGLY encourage anyone out there to try a low carb diet - they really work!

Things are going very well.. since my last update... which was, unfortunately 2 months ago, I have been maintaining my weight at a range between 157 and 163. Currently, I am working on a new exercise and weightlifting plan.

Unfortunately, I haven't updated by web log in a while! Things are going well - I am now at 167 pounds - it is a sure battle. I just got my ACT test scores back - they look very promising for college.
I am now working to institute an exercise program to supplement my diet choice. I will be starting that next week.
